Youth Employability Program

Future-Proofing India’s Youth

India is home to the world’s largest Gen-Z workforce, yet over 50% remain unemployable for 21st-century jobs. This systemic skills gap costs economies drastically while leaving tremendous human capital underutilized. We are bridging this divide with a paradigm-shifting employability program synthesizing:

Objective & Focus Areas

In our first phase, we aspire to impact 100,000 students. Post-May 2024, we’ll broaden our reach to additional colleges, leveraging insights gained from the initial operation.

Crucially, we’re actively engaging in MOUs with colleges, forging pivotal partnerships. Simultaneously, we’re strategically onboarding corporations from diverse sectors—corporate, government, and non-profit—ensuring fluent resource sharing and collaborative opportunity creation.

Students benefit from 21st-century skills essential for the current and future job market!
